How do I make a booking?

Via the website, by email or telephone.

What are our changeover days?

Sundays and Thursdays are our usual turnover days. However, if you want to arrive on an alternative day, please contact us.

What time can we access our room?

Access to your room is from 4.00pm. The reason for is that we need enough time from when the previous guests check out to ensure your room is clean, tidy and ready for you.

What time do we need to depart our room?

We ask that guests please vacate rooms by 11.00am on day of departure.

Where can we leave luggage if arriving earlier in the resort and wanting to go skiing?

You are welcome to leave your luggage in reception and we will move it to your room.

Does Eira Ski Lodge have parking?

Yes, the hotel has five underground parking spaces. The fee is €25 per day per car. Guests should contact the hotel before arriving to confirm a space is available. The hotel has specific parking places and guests should check these places with reception on arrival.

Does Eira Ski Lodge have wi-fi?

Yes the hotel has wi-fi, and 4G in the resort is very good.

Where is the closest airport?

Toulouse airport is the closest and takes about two hours drive by car.

Can we book a transfer from the airport through you?

Yes, we can arrange transfers.

Can we book our ski hire through you?

Califate ski hire is next to the hotel and hotel guests receive a 5% discount.

Can we book ski passes through you?

Yes, at a 5% discount.
